The Mystery of the Baghdad Chest: a Hercule Poirot Short Story

A beautiful and bewitching woman, a Mrs. Clayton, wants Hercule Poirot's help to exonerate her lover, accused of murdering her husband. The husband's body was found in a chest leaking blood —now the question is: how did it get there? And who's responsible for the murder? It's strange, she is clearly one of the suspects, but the earlier request to meet Mrs. Clayton came from Poirot's friend Lady Chatterton. So he sallys forth!
